Our client in Bellwood, IL is seeking a Plant HR Manager to join their team!

Ideal candidate will serve as an HR business partner to the plant leadership, supporting workforce planning, associate relations, performance management, succession planning, engagement, leadership/organizational development, compensation, benefits and compliance. Previous experience with managing a team of HR professionals a must. Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of HR experience at a manager level in a large manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
