Our client located in Hoffman Estates, IL is looking for an Accounting and HR Specialist to join their team!

Ideal candidate will be responsible for monthly payroll processing, bill payment, reconciliations, month end financial statements and updating employee compensation and benefits in the system. Will also handle recruiting, onboarding, engagement, policies/procedures, employee relations and compliance. Previous experience in a small company where you wear many hats preferred! Bachelor’s degree highly preferred with 5+ years of experience. Excellent benefits and company equity offered. This position is Hybrid- one day work from home (after 6 months).
