Our client located in Rosemont, IL is looking for an Compensation Analyst to join their team!

This person will be working with stakeholders to provide data-backed insights and recommendations for improving compensation practices. Will assist in the analysis, implementation, and administration of their compensation programs. The client offers a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote) along with lots of advancement opportunities! Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of compensation experience. SAP experience is a huge plus!
