Our client located in Aurora, IL is seeking an HR Generalist – Hybrid Schedule!

Ideal person will be working with mostly plant employees handling employee relations, building overall morale, assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, run various reports, handles orientations, answers various HR related questions and assist with various HR projects. The person must be able to travel to the 3 Aurora locations which are approximately 10 minutes from each other at least 2x per week MUST be BILINGUAL SPANISH and have manufacturing or similar background. Bachelor’s Degree is a plus!
