Our client located in the Chicago Loop is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team!

Responsibilities include acting  as an expert advisor by coaching leaders at various levels on complex leadership and talent issues including resourcing/staffing, development, engagement, elevating performance, and addressing performance issues. Support HR Director and co-lead complex initiatives where the impact is significant in supporting the client’s needs. Initiatives include employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning, and leadership development. Provide analysis to HR Director for client organizations by looking at trends in performance, employee satisfaction, attrition, diversity, etc. Partner with and between COE’s to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs across the organization.   Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR Gen exp preferably in a larger organization where support was provide to multi-states/sites.  Bachelor’s degree is required.  This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite in Chicago office.
