Our client located in Chicago (Hybrid), IL is looking for an HR Director to join their team!

Responsibilities include reporting directly to the VPHR and working closely with the HR team in making strategic people-related decisions with talent acquisition, organization design, compensation, performance and talent development. Assist with coaching leaders at various levels on leadership and talent issues. Partner with leadership teams on new store openings and conduct field visits with senior leadership teams as needed. Lead or co-lead various HR projects as needed.   Will manage an HRBP.  Ability to  travel out of state 25-30% of time.  7+ years of Human Resources experience. Bachelor’s Degree and SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus!
