Our client located in Northbrook, IL is looking for an HR Generalist/Payroll Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities include payroll processing (ADP WFN),  recruiting, interview and handle onboarding for qualified applicants. Process background checks and employee eligibility verifications. Implement and track new hire orientation.  Regularly prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and ensures the timely and accurate generation of regular frequency reports. Bachelor’s Degree required. Any HRIS experience is helpful, ADP WFN is a plus! 2-5 years of human resources experience. Some experience with payroll is required. This position is 100% onsite- able to work 1 day remote after 90 days. Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
