Our client located in McCook, IL is looking for an HR Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities include overseeing the coordination of recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation and employee relations. Develop and implement programs and processes to ensure positive employee relations. Assist with employee counseling, discipline, and grievance handling. Create, interpret and administer HR policies. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies, and programs. Administer compensation program, job evaluation, and performance reviews. 5+ years of strong Human Resources experience. Any HRIS experience is helpful, ADP is a plus! This position is hybrid- with working 3 days aweek on site, 2 days from home.
