Our client located in Chicago, IL is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join their team!

Works closely within the payroll system with other members of the P&C team ensuring the integrity of payroll data related to: new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, rate changes, retroactive payments, deduction amounts, incentive payments and other ad hoc complex pay calculations. Investigate, analyse, and resolve employee issues related to payroll processing and related activities in a timely manner. Use strong customer service skills to assist employees with payroll questions and guide them through the employee self-serve portal. Provide support and instruction for managers and employees to ensure timely, accurate completion of time entry and absence requests within the payroll system. This position is remote 3 days a week. 1+ year of payrolling experience required. Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required. Oracle Fusion is a huge plus!
