Our client located in Naperville, IL is looking for a Temporary (to possible hire) HRIS Coordinator.

Responsibilities include assisting busy HR Operations team with handling systems ticket requests for all HR systems company wide. Will conduct Benefit audits in system. Set time & attendance rules. Assist with creating job descriptions in system. Adding/removing users in ATS (iCIMS). Edit ATS fields In addition, assist with projects & continuous improvement efforts.  Ideal candidate will be forward thinking, ability to stay organized and problem solve. 1+ years of HRIS experience is required. UKG or Ceridian HRIS experience is highly preferred. This position is Hybrid- 2-3 days remote. Assignment is long term with possibility of getting hired on in 2024.
