Our client in Hoffman Estates, IL (role can sit anywhere) is seeking a Labor and Compliance Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities include contributing to Prevailing Wages jobs regarding wage determination, job classifications, job activities/tasks.  Will partner with Payroll to ensure pay codes are set up on validation tables, monitor Certified Payroll Log and maintain Certified Payroll Records/other labor compliance documents as well as emails to identify urgent issues.  Will also perform periodic audits on projects to ensure compliance.  Ideal candidate will have experience with Construction Certified Payroll (compliance), be familiar with Department of Industrial Relations processes to locate necessary information, including DIR certified payroll reporting.  Ideally will be familiar with LCP Tracker and other certified payroll portals.
