Our client located in Oak Brook, IL is looking for a Manager of HR to join their team!

Ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing or distribution environment. Will be responsible for supporting and coaching the leadership team and managers, talent acquisition (manager level and above), performance management, OD, employee relations, investigations, compensation, benefits, compliance, HRIS, safety and engagement initiatives. Must have good project management skills to roll out company initiatives. Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
