Our client located in Northbook, IL is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team! (Remote one day per week)

Responsibilities including leading a small team of SR Talent acquisition  advisors, collaborate with e3cecutive directors, hiring managers and HR team on all TA strategy, bring in best practices & processes, will carry a small req load, ensure compliance with state and federal laws and will participate in development of international recruiting efforts.   Ideal candidate will have 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years managing a TA function/team, professional services industry and international recruitment exp a big plus.
