Our client located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL is looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join their team!

Ideal candidate will assist with the deployment and monitor of the yearly performance management cycle. Assist with DDI competency card sorts and related process. Deploy evaluations for all L & D programs and interact with participants post training to recommend additional learning strategies, tools and resources. Assist with the administration of the Employee Opinion Survey and related employee engagement activities. Participate in special projects and other duties as needed.  2+ years of Learning & Development experience including proficiency working  with competency programs. Bachelor’s Degree is a plus! Any LMS/HRIS experience is helpful! **Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19!!**
