Ideal candidate will serve as a true generalist handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, HRIS changes, working with temp agencies, audits, etc. 5+ years of previous HR experience. Experience with Paycom required. Hybrid, 4 days on site, 1 day work from home.
