Our client located in Cicero, IL is looking for a Training Coordinator to join their team!

Ideal candidate will be responsible for the assessment, tracking, development and facilitation of training initiatives. Will facilitate new orientation, safety training, on-the-job training, compliance training, etc. Will also manage training records, update curriculums and prepare training materials. Bachelor’s degree desired with 3+ years of experience. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required. This position is 100% on site.
