Our client located in Aurora, IL is looking for a VP of HR to join their team!

This role is both tactical and strategic in nature. Will work closely with the new President to elevate the HR function and bring in best practices. Will manage a small team with trajectory to grow the team in the future. Looking for a strong HR Generalist background with experience growing HR from the ground up and handling acquisition/integration work.  Start up and/ or small company and support of non-exempt workforce is a must! Mix of small and large co exp a huge plus!  Bachelor’s degree required and 15+ years of progressive HR experience. Ability to travel (Midwest) up to 25% is key. This position is Hybrid (2 days remote)
