Clients rated Arlington Resources with 4.8/5 stars for service excellence, and candidates rated with 4.7/5 stars for service excellence. This is the eleventh consecutive year Arlington Resources has won the Client Satisfaction award. The company has received the Talent Satisfaction Award for nine consecutive years.

Less than 1% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada have achieved the Diamond Award for service excellence. Focused on helping U.S. companies find the right Human Resources candidates for their job openings, This year, Arlington Resources received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 70% of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 52% and received a Net Promoter® Score of 65%, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 36% in 2023.
