Our client located in Highland Park, IL is looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a temporary or temp to hire opportunity.
This role will report to the Director of HR and CFO. Responsibilities include project work (ad hoc project to start), assist with day to day scheduling needs, emails and calls to management, organize events such as new start orientation. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years relative experience, be able to handle confidential information on a daily basis, establish time management and have clear and concise communication skills. Knowledge of HR protocol and laws, as well as advanced Excel skills including creation and v look ups required. Education, government or municipality industry preferred.
