Responsible for recruiting, retention, back up to payroll, JD's, training, performance, compensation, E/R, HRIS (Paylocity) and compliance. Union experience/background is a huge plus! 7+ years of HR experience. Local travel between multiple locations occasionally. Bachelors Degree required. Paylocity experience is preferred. Our client located in Madison, WI is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist to join their team!
Main functions are staffing and retaining employees at the plant. Secondly, processing work in ADP. They need to be versed on ADP Workforce Now. Will also assist with Employee Relations, LOA administration, training, onboarding, exit interviews, etc. Will support both the Madison and Plover, WI locations. Will need to be at Plover 2 days a week and Madison 3 days a week. 2+ years of HR experience. ADP WF experience & English/Spanish is required. Bachelor's Degree is a plus! Salary $70k-75k. Benefits offered- Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, tuition reimbursement and life insurance.

This person will be the SOLE HR person handling all aspects of HR for a small manufacturing plant. This includes managing timecards, rolling out benefits, engagement, recruiting, managing time off requests, and answering any employee questions/issues. Will help with global recruiting as needed. Need to be the liaison between the corporate office and site. Ideal candidate will have strong Dayforce experience. Will maintain the helpdesk, work with the integrations specialist on new acquisitions and help develop new audits in the system.
