Our client located in Chicago, IL (Northside) is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join their team!
Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR team (5-6 HR professionals) and have oversite of employee relations, risk management, talent management, talent acquisition, onboarding, policy administration, grievance resolution, employee engagement, OD, performance management, workforce planning, ADA claim management and delivery of HR programs. Previous experience in a large, matrixed organization a must. Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience. Previous experience in the field of Education or a similar industry desired. Salary up to: $150K. Full Medical Benefits Available. This position is fully onsite.

Ideal candidate will run multi-site, end-to-end, weekly and bi-weekly payroll for up to 500 employees. This includes entering employee changes, deductions, garnishments, issue resolution, audits, reconciliations, off-cycle payrolls and compliance. Previous experience with UKG a huge plus or any main stream payroll system. Salary $75K to $90K. Full benefits available. This position is 100% onsite.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for weekly and bi-weekly payroll in IL, NC, TX and PA. Will run both union and nonunion payrolls for about 200 employees. Will also assist with recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, compliance, attendance tracking and reporting. Associates degree required with 2+ years of progressive payroll experience.
