Will support three shift, union plant in all aspects of HR. Very hands on HR role, including employee engagement, employee relations, union/labor relations & management of 3 person HR team. Will support 300 employees and report to HR Director. Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of HR experience, including union experience in a manufacturing environment as well as people management /supervisory exp. This role requires the flexibility in scheduling to assist all 3 shifts when needed. Bachelor’s degree required. Up to $15k relocation assistance can be offered.
