Our client in Lisle, IL is seeking a Director, People Operations to join their team!

This is a newly created role as the company is growing and expanding their HR department. Heavy focus on employee relations, succession planning, performance management, and developing policies and procedures. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience and 2+ years of HR Director experience. Bachelor’s Degree and HR certification is required. Master’s Degree is preferred. Role is hybrid working 2-3 days onsite. 20-30% travel is required.
