Denise Young, CPC – Director of Recruiting & Sales 
At Arlington Resources since 1997, Denise is dedicated, has high integrity and has been the top producing sales professional for over 10 years. Building strong working relationships with candidates and clients has produced results that are a win-win situation for both. Previously, Denise was a Manager of Human Resources for Pinkerton Security & Investigation Services where she gained valuable experience in a Generalist role supporting over 600 employees in both union and non-union environments. She holds a BS in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University.

Cheryl Reinwald, CPC – Director of Recruiting & Sales
At Arlington Resources since 2004, Cheryl is extremely passionate about the field of human resources and has consistently been recognized as a top producer for the Arlington team. She is exceptional at partnering with client organizations and providing outstanding customer service. Cheryl started her career in the staffing industry in 1995 with Casey Accounting & Finance Resources, a sister company to Arlington. After excelling in several roles on both the recruiting and client management side, she transitioned into a corporate recruiting role with Avis Rent-A-Car, Inc. Cheryl was with Avis for 5 years and during that time gained invaluable HR experience working with union and non-union employee groups. She holds a BS in Psychology from Illinois State University and is certified through the National Association of Personnel Services.

FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN, 2018 Campaign: Arlington Resources makes a donation for each person we place in a job for both temporary and direct hire openings at our clients. The donation is given to:

 

Feed My Starving Children which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

 

 The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals specifically formulated for malnourished children, and these meals are shipped to nearly 70 countries across the world.

In the first quarter of 2018 we are proud to announce that we have been able to provide 14,256 nutritious meals to those that are in need. Thank you to our clients and candidates who have made this possible!

In 2017 we were proudly able to provide 47,088 nutritious meals to those that were in need through our annual giving campaign.

In 2016 we were so proud to be able to provide 57,465 nutritious meals to those that were in need through our annual giving campaign.

In 2015 we were able to provide 49,248 nutritious meals to those that were in need through our annual giving campaign.

In 2014 we were able to provide 48,168 nutritious meals to those that were in need through our annual giving campaign.
