Our client in Lisle, IL is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team!

This is a newly created role to sit on the Director, People Operations team. Will support between 300-400 employees on either the W or E coast. Heavy focus on employee relations, learning & development and employee engagement. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience. Bachelor’s Degree is required. 20% travel is required. Can sit in Lisle, or on the W or E coast. Hybrid role working 2-3 days onsite.
