Our client in Wheeling, IL is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team!

Ideal candidate will be responsible for directing HR at both corporate and manufacturing locations. Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee/labor relations, benefits, compensation, coordination of training and compliance. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 15+ years of progressive HR experience. Previous experience in a multi-site, manufacturing setting required.
