Our client in Loves Park, IL is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team!

Ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR in a global, union, manufacturing environment. Must have a strong background in talent acquisition, performance management and employee development. Will also be responsible for HR strategy, union relations, overseeing payroll, benefits management, compliance and vendor management. Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of progressive HR experience. Previous experience managing an HR team a must.
