Our client in Chicago, IL is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team!

Top leadership HR role reporting to C-suite in support of approximately 100 employees in multiple locations in the local area. Will oversee all HR initiatives and act as a strategic partner to the business while directly managing a small HR team.   This role will have the ability to drive change and impact the culture of the organization.  Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive leadership HR experience, banking industry required along with BA/BS degree   This position is 100% on site.
