HR Data Analyst (REMOTE)
Our client located in Troy, MI is seeking an HR Data Analyst (REMOTE).
Ideal candidate will have previous regression testing experience. Will look at exit/onboarding data to determine why nurses are leaving. Will correlate the different data points and put in programs to get people to stay. Work closely with leaders and HR Director on attrition and analysis. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in this field. The role is fully remote, but only candidates in the Eastern, Central or Mountain time zones will be considered.
