Our client located in Shelbyville, KY is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team.

Ideal candidate will have oversite for two facilities. Responsible for talent acquisition and oversee onboarding and training. Management of employee relations and disciplinary procedures. Review of payroll entry and attendance. Ensure compliance and safety. Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of progressive HR experience. ADP WFN required. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Salary up to $80K– This position is fully onsite.
