Our client located in Chicago, IL (60601) is seeking a Contract Training Coordinator.

Ideal candidate will maintain, update & deploy e-learning courses on the LMS platform, collaborate with leadership, the education team, and content creators to identify program requirements, oversee the day-to-day operations of the LMS, set up and track trainings and assist with system questions. Bluesky LMS experience is ideal, but any LMS system is required. 3+ years of experience working with LMS systems is required. Role is onsite for the first 2 months, and then hybrid, working 2-3 days onsite. Contract is expected to last 3-6 months to cover a LOA. Pay rate is $30-35/hr DOE. Arlington offers medical, dental and vision insurance to all contractors along with sick time accrual.
