Our client located in the Santa Clara County area of California is looking for a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join their team!

Ideal candidate will serve as an HRBP to operational and clinical leaders across this medical network. Responsible for employee/labor relations, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development and compliance. Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a healthcare environment. Must have exposure to union environments and collective bargaining agreements. Strong knowledge of California employment laws required. Ability to travel, as needed, in the Santa Clara County area. Excellent benefits available: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403B, pension, plan and tuition assistance. Local candidates preferred, no relocation offered. Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 (DOE).
