Our client located in Hebron, IL or Washington, NC is seeking an HR Manager, North America. Can sit in either Hebron or Washington.

The HR Manager NA, provides leadership to local site HR Generalists in both Illinois and North Carolina. This role serves as an escalation point for complex employee relations matters, plays a critical partnership role in talent management, workforce planning, HR policy & procedure review, and legal compliance. Will have 2 generalists reporting into this role, 1 in Hebron, and 1 in Washington. Will need to coach and develop employees as they have about 2 years experience. Will put new policies & procedures in place and govern audits. Will be more of a strategic role, with some hands on responsibilities. Be a BP to Operations Managers. This role is 100% onsite with 25% travel involved. Salary is up to $135K base plus 10% bonus. Client offers excellent benefits including 401K match, tuition assistance, and a scholarship.
