Our client located in West Point, Georgia, is looking for an EHS Manager to join its manufacturing team. 

Ideal candidate will lead the Environmental, Health, and Safety function for a large manufacturing facility with approximately 950 employees. Manage and develop an EHS team whose members are primarily focused on plant-floor safety activities. Oversee EHS administration, regulatory reporting, audits, documentation, training, and compliance programs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, HAZWOPER, RCRA, PSM/RMP, Title V, CAA, CWA, Form R, stormwater, wastewater, and air-emissions requirements. Lead risk-management, ergonomics, PPE, incident-investigation, corrective-action, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Partner with plant leadership and operations to strengthen safety performance and maintain a proactive safety culture. Bachelor’s degree required. 8+ years of experience in EHS, compliance, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of EHS leadership or management experience preferred. Experience within an automotive OEM, Tier 1 supplier, or manufacturing environment strongly desires. Strong administrative, organizational, leadership, and regulatory-reporting skills. CSP certification preferred; PHR certification is a plus.
