Our client located in Cicero, IL is looking for an HR Administrator/to join their team!

Ideal candidate will be responsible for weekly and bi-weekly payroll in IL, NC, TX and PA. Will run both union and nonunion payrolls for about 200 employees. Will also assist with recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, compliance, attendance tracking and reporting. Associates degree required with 2+ years of progressive payroll experience. Previous exposure to union payroll and manufacturing industry background desired. Hourly pay to $32.00 (DOE) and full benefits available. 100% on site.
