Our client located in Chicago, IL (Northside) is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join their team!

Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR team (5-6 HR professionals) and have oversite of employee relations, risk management, talent management, talent acquisition, onboarding, policy administration, grievance resolution, employee engagement, OD, performance management, workforce planning, ADA claim management and delivery of HR programs. Previous experience in a large, matrixed organization a must. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience. Previous experience in the field of Education or a similar industry desired. Salary up to: $150K. Full Medical Benefits Available. This position is fully onsite.
