Our client located in Prattville, AL is looking for a Director of HR for the America’s to join their team!

Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Human Resources will lead and execute HR strategy across the Americas, playing a critical role in aligning people initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives. Responsible for leading the HR team and serve as a key contributor on workforce planning, talent management, engagement, development, employee relations, benefits, compensation and compliance. Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Previous experience with managing multi-location teams across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Union experience preferred and bilingual English/Spanish a huge plus!
