Our client located in the Far North Suburbs of IL is looking for a Manager of Total Rewards to join their team!

Ideal candidate will be well rounded in compensation, benefits and HRIS. Will serve as a sole contributor responsible for benchmarking, competitive pay practices, annual compensation review, incentive compensation, data analysis and compliance. Will also handle benefits administration, automated benefits processes in HRIS and compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPPA, FLSA, FMLA and worker’s compensation. Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of progressive experience. CEBS or CCP certification desired. Previous experience in a manufacturing industry desired. This position is 100% onsite.  Salary up to $115K plus bonus potential and stock options (total earnings over $150K first year). Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/STD/LTD/Tuition Reimbursement Available.
