Our client located in the Northern Suburbs of IL is looking for an Organizational Development Manager to join their team!
Ideal candidate will be responsible for leadership development, succession planning, talent development, overseeing the performance review process, needs assessment, training/development programs and evaluation of those programs. Will also over see the internship and apprentice programs. Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of experience in OD and training. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Salary up to $125K – with excellent bonus opportunities! Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, Life, Tuition Reimbursement.
