Our client located in Madison, WI is looking for a Temporary Contract HR Business Partner. 

Ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, working with leaders to support hourly employees. Responsible for improving production efficiency including workforce planning, shift structure redesign, organizational design, compensation review, training and competency development, change management, and leadership support. Assignment will run 6-8 months with a possibility of contract to hire for the right candidate. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 7+ years of progressive HR experience. Hourly to $60.00 (DOE). Medical, dental and vision benefits available. This role is 100% on site.
