Our client located in East Chicago, IN is seeking a Plant HR Admin. Will provide administrative support to Human Resources and Senior Leadership team. This includes managing the employee attendance program, order office and break room supplies, coordinate, support and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding, oversee the reception desk and be the first point of contact for HR. This role is 100% on-site, working 7-4 Monday-Friday. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR experience, union experience/knowledge is preferred. The company is currently in a state of transformation and they work closely with the Corporate HR Team in Lisle, IL. Also located right by the water! Salary is $50-60K DOE. They offer full benefits, 401K and PTO. Our client located in Skokie, IL is seeking a HR Business Partner. This person will oversee the employee relations COE. This includes investigations, leadership development, engagement, onboarding, performance management, succession/workforce planning, reporting, etc. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years as a HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist along with multi-state experience, especially within NY, CA, and WA, keeps up with laws and stays connected in the HR community. Dayforce experience is highly preferred. International experience is a huge plus. This role is fully onsite in Skokie. Typical hours are 8:30-5PM Monday-Friday. May need to come in on a Saturday on occasion. This is a fast growing company that is always adding positions and show rooms. They are nationwide and international. The company pays 90-95% of medical insurance with a huge discount on dental and vision insurance. They have a 401K + 4% match and all is available on the 1st of the month following start date. Salary is $98-110K base DOE plus up to a 7% bonus based on company success and personal performance.
